He is also the Administrator of NAS Colossal Aviation Services (NCAS) in South Africa and serves on the Top Managerial Staff of NAS auxiliaries in various regions of the world. Abdoulaye has been with NAS since March 2016 as the Head Supervisor of NAS Cote d'Ivoire, taking care of all NAS tasks, capacities and business advancement in the country. Under his administration, NAS Abidjan additionally accepted its first IATA's Wellbeing Review of Ground Tasks (ISAGO) certification. He has over 34 years of experience in ground handling, passenger handling and other aviation operations in Africa, holding the previous position of General Manager, Ground Handling with Menzies Aviation in Johannesburg. Having attended the University of Dakar, Abdoulaye has a License Certificate Specialization in American Civilization and Literature and several professional certifications to his credit.
